i cant activate incentive reward card as it ask for seriel number on back of card..but there isnt one..also cant contact anyone to help..

These gift cards are sent by a company called Edenred so I would suggest contacting them via their website:

I'm in same boat the link you posted doesn't work neither does the phone number on the back of the card

Mine was there back of the card top right above the long black strip
