Haven’t received any bills/ been charged
I joined sky broadband back in March, and paid the £5 fee for set up. However since March I haven't been charged at all, and when logging into the MySky app it says bills will be available once the line has been activated. I've had no issues with the broadband and have had internet since 27/03/24 and even have the message on my account that it was activated. I have tried contacting sky on multiple occasions but have been told it should be sorted wait a few weeks and you will receive a bill... but still yet to be charged at all!

Re: Haven’t received any bills/ been charged
Hello!
I've also got this issue!
I got the £5 fee when I joined up in October 2024 but have not been charged since. My broadband works fine and they have the correct card to send the bill too.
I've tried to speak to sky but the lines are always 'too busy'...
Did you ever get this resolved?
