I've just spoken to a sky advisor because unknown to me I've brought a box set of game of thrones to which I didn't know I had to pay £99
it was a genuine mistake I made I thought I was put my pass number into the box because it was a over 18s series.
the woman at Sky was not understanding to my concern about the situation if fact she was very rude and wouldn't listen to my side of the argument. I'm a 75 year old pensioner with Dementia and I didn't understand what I was doing but she didn't what to know. I was told that I will have to pay for the box set.
im now thinking of leaving Sky altogether. It's all about the money that Sky want. If I had known I had to pay for the box set I wouldn't have gone through the stages, i honestly thought I was put my PIN number into because it was a over 18s series.
im fuming at sky at the moment, what has happened to customer services when they used to treat you with respect? And try and help you out.
