I have moved your post to a separate thread. I'm not sure I know what you mean by a 'medium account access holder'. If you mean you can currently speak to Sky regarding an account but aren't the account holder, then if the account holder contacts Sky and changes the telephone password that will stop your access. If that's not what you mean please provide more details. Remember, we are customers here so don't provide personal information.

Dear Dan, yes that is what i mean, but I would like for sky to terminate or remove my access from the sky account because i no longer live at that address and am no longer a Sky customer. Will i be able to change this if i spoke with a sky agent? Thank you

From your perspective, it's a much better solution for you to cancel and for the homeowner to start a new account in their own name.

If the Sky account is not in your name and you only have a subsidiary Sky ID, you can ask the Primary Sky ID owner (usually the person who is the Sky accountholder) to remove your Sky ID.
Or you can ask Sky to completely remove your data from their records, as explained in the section headed 'Keeping your data up to date and your rights' in their help here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/information-and-policies/sky-privacy-and-cookies-notice/a...

You're confusing us now. If you haven't got a Sky account of your own and don't pay the bill for a someone else's account there's nothing to cancel.

Do you mean you have a secondry Sky ID on the account, if so it is up to the account holder to login to their account and remove your account.
If you want to sign up as a new customer and if you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID when placing the order.
