I have set up direct debit for it all to go out on the 18 th of the month by yourself why has it it gone out this month on the 18 th this has now caused a problem I can't contact you it has been days and days with no luck to get this sorted out it was a man who set this up from your company nhs worker,this should have been sorted out last November I don't like receiving notice of **bleep** down my sky if this goes on I wi go with another company I do 14 hr shifts you have tried to contact me but your not ally to have phones on wards please can you sort this all out for me you have my direct debit account una barnes and why can't you get through to get help on phone my mobile wont allow me to go on your app and I have spoken to so many staff that they also can't get the app and also trying to contact you with the same problem
