Credit refund
I returned my broadband router and Sky Q as requested and it was confirmed as received by Sky. When can I expect a refund, as it states against furure bills but I will not recieve any. How do I go about getting the credit back please? Payment method is still setup as when my account was active.

Have you cancelled your Sky Q TV and Broadband subscription with Sky and that you have a credit on your account after doing this ?

Yes all cancelled, and all equipment returned as received as requested.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
