My contract with you is due to end it states I have Internet and talk time but I do not need talk time a do not have a landlines phone and haven't had one for over a year

Not us - we're other customers here.
If you want to make changes/cancel you'll need to contact Sky.
Your contract is not ending - only discounts expiring.

Broadband and Sky Talk are bundled together. For quite a few years now you can no longer have just a broadband subscription. It's up to you whether you choose not to connect a landline phone.m
