I joined on the 3rd January and when I log onto my account it says I have an overdue bill that needs to be paid or services will be restricted (says bill due date 17th Jan??) and that We no longer hold any valid payment details for your Streaming TV service...when I click on the link to update my payment details are not there - any advice?
