I have received a box to return my SkyQ equipment but do not know where to return it to. Can you advise please?

If there's definitely no return label this link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

There should be a return label on the packaging you have been sent, if for whatever reason there is not then you can print your own one here:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
