Poor quality call handlers

Have spent ages trying to resolve problems on Sky where call handlers don't seem to have a clue and keep putting you on hold while they look something up or talk to someone else. Several times had to resort to messaging complaints department on Facebook. Takes a while but finally get through to an expert who can solve your problem in couple of minutes.

Really annoys me that Sky, and other companies, waste money and lose customers by using cheap staff when better trained staff can handle ten times the calls.

I use Octopus for my energy and their call handlers are brilliant so company has grown rapidly. They even have a customer email address so you can message them with questions if you haven't got time to phone.
