The bill

The bill of £80 was meant to be wiped as ive spoken to alot of people as I was charged with no service and around 3 people said the bill was cleared and one being a voicemail I still have! Im not happy im still having debt collectors letters and its messing up my account!

Are you sure Sky haven't applied a credit to your account to cover the time you had no service as they usually do not wipe bills.

How far behind are you paying your bills as I don't believe you would get a letter from a debt collector due to missing one payment.

They told me I wouldnt have to pay because it wasnt my fault I didnt get service, there was a tree next door and was blocking the service
