If i make a promise to pay my outstanding balance on the 29th of this month could i get my sky reinstated now please

I'd have to advise that Sky typically doesn't accept a promise to pay: suspension of service is automatic and not resumed until the balance is cleared and a recurring payment method put in place.

To add to what @TimmyBGood has said @nikki1990 , you will not be able to speak to Sky until this bill has been paid because should you call you will be directed to pay the bill first.
