Sky I'd linked to old account, when I try to unlink it won't let me.

I have tried to unlink like it says too do. This old account was ovrr 10 years ago) But when I click the link it doesn't work. Phoned sky spoke to two very unhelpful people who didn't have a clue and hung up on me. I can't see anything for my new broadband or billing ect.. and I'm starting to get very frustrated with sky and I've only just got my router

If you want to use the same email address with your new account then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID.

What is happening when you try to chnage the email on your old account ?

I've now managed to change my email. Took about 3 attempts. So I'm now logged into this old account with a new email. Have sent up a new account with my old email.. but still can't see nothing
