RECIEVED FINAL WARNING to return sky box even though ive sent it back.
Im really not happy with sky, I sent my box back in February, I recieved email saying thank you for returning my sky box. Anyway, I then get a few more emails to say they still haven't recieved it but if I have returned it then ignore this email....then tonight I recieve FINAL warning, and if I dont pay £117 they will pass me on to debt collection. Absolutely disgusting considering I sent it back and sky them selves even confirmed that in a email the next day! How can their own system send me a thank you and shortly after a final warning. I've not got to ring up tomorrow with a busy day a ahead. Ridiculous. I clearly am not the only one to have this issue. Keep hold of your tracking receipts people!

This is quite a common issue that the Sky Community messaging team can help you to resolve.
It will help if you have your original proof of posting still available.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

- Thank you. Luckily I still have the proof of postage receipt. And the "thank you for returning" email. Just very frustrating and worrying when it mentions debt collection.
