Query Request to Return Equipment

Hello, I have been receiving messages from you saying that I need to return equipment to you or I will be charged in January. I have called your team twice and been told not to worry I don't need to do anything...

And yet when I log into my account on line there two pop-up messages saying:

"Don't forget to return your equipment - To avoid a £67 charge, Please return your Sky Max Hub by 04/01/2026"

and

"Don't forget to return your equipment - To avoid a £58 charge, Please return your Sky Max Pod by 04/01/2026." Please advise and confirm.

Regards,

Roger

Sounds like you'll need to contact Sky again to resolve this once and for all.

I proceeded to phone and upgrade my Internet as I work from home, I went on holiday and have come back to messages saying I need to return equipment equipment. I don't have all I have is my old router again please advise would very much like to speak to somebody

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

You will need to call Sky to speak to an agent. Just dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline.

Did Sky sent you a new broadband hub or are you still using the one you have got ?
