Proposed new charges

I have an end of contract offer. It says do nothing and pay the same, then says keep what you have and shows an increased price then finishes with do nothing and pay the same. This is the same on a phone sim offer and a broadband offer. As there is clearly 2 different prices is this a mistake and how do I know which is correct?

I presume the minimum term on your contract is ending soon so what do your future bills show that you will be paying ?

Re: Proposed new charges

Or did you mean future bills when in account as in previous current and future? In there no change

This is what I mean, you might want to call Sky on 150 for clarification about this to see if they can say for sure what will happen if you do nothing.
