Process for cancelling sky for a vulnerable person

Hi there,

 

My brother has a neulogoical condition and until recently he lived on his own in his flat. As one of the problems with the condition is falling we have decided to move him in with us to look after him.

 

I have been trying to cancel his sky subsciption but cannot find the best number / process to follow to get this done. This is very frustrating as a simple call to a human would get this resolved easily. I will need to talk to someone on his behalf as he gets confused very easliy.

 

Can anyone help advise me on the best way to proceed with this?

It is not clear if you are the account holder but if you are, or even if he is then try registering with Sky's accessibility team for help with this:

My brother has a sperate account to me and that’s the one I want to cancel. I will take a look at the link you sent and see if that will help.
