Transfer problem with virgin

Got sky 6 weeks ago. Now got virgin looking for a payment for last month you told me all this would be taken care of by sky no need for me to connect virgin looks like virgin don't know I'm with sky

Which services did you transfer?

 

The 'One Touch Switch' service can only move telephone and broadband.  If you had TV with Virgin then you still have TV with Virgin.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If it was Broadband and Talk only that you moved then you will have to explain this to Virgin so they can both cancel your account and pay back any overpayment but as posted above Sky can not cancel your TV servcie with them.
