Problems sky q box and customer service

I have had a problem with my sky q box which was subsequently replaced with a new box.  However the new box was faulty and I have rang sky 3 times to see what is happening, each time I have been told a new box would be sent out. It still hasn't been. 
I also cannot get into my MySky account as it says invalid postcode (this has always worked before). 
I would like someone to rectify this as we have now been without tv for a fortnight and we are not pleased.
