Price increases

I haven't had a email to confirm my increase in price but see in my future payments are going up by £6 is there anything you can do to decrease this price

As customers here, there's nothing we can to reduce your payments. If you're already 'in contract' you 're committed for the duration of your minimum term, but if you give Sky a call they may able to help by reducing some components of your package.

Once you receive the email or letter outlining your increases you'll be able to cancel Sky Broadband penalty free within 30 days if you choose to do so but the same does not apply to TV.
