I haven't had a email to confirm my increase in price but see in my future payments are going up by £6 is there anything you can do to decrease this price

As customers here, there's nothing we can to reduce your payments. If you're already 'in contract' you 're committed for the duration of your minimum term, but if you give Sky a call they may able to help by reducing some components of your package.
