Price increase

My bill has already jumped from £20.50 at the end of December 2022 up to £23.99 in Jan 2023, another increase to £29.50 in Feb and now future bills from April onwards are set to increase up to £33.50. In the space of 4 months, it's risen by £13.

Can this please be explained as to why my bills are continuously increasing when I am on a set plan? I understand the £4 increase explained in the email, however, why has my bill risen by £13 and not £4?

You aren't on a 'set plan'.  Sky, like other ISPs, headlines a per-month cost and then caveats this with 'prices may change'.  Typically the large jump is when an initial minimum contract period with an associated discount ends, and then there's the annual increase in April, which this year is around 10%

Re: Price increase

I understand prices can increase, with factors such as inflation or the cost of living, however an increase of over 50% in four months is a little steep. I am currently looking for other providers as I am not entirely happy with this increase. I've already found offers for £25 a month with the speed I am on now

As I said, i think that would be because you've come to the end of an initial discounted period.
