Prepaid envelope still not received

What's happening 

it's nearly 2 weeks since I complained that my phone is not working and I called u twice and twice they said they gonna send an prepaid envelope but I still haven't received it!!!!

u say something but never do it properly....

could u find out if u actually send the envelope or if u send it to someone else coz it won't take this long if u have send it within the uk !!!!

 

if u can't sort it out than I'm gonna complain to the head office!!!!

You aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. We won't be able to confirm packaging has been sent out for you to send your device for repair.
