What's happening
it's nearly 2 weeks since I complained that my phone is not working and I called u twice and twice they said they gonna send an prepaid envelope but I still haven't received it!!!!

u say something but never do it properly....
could u find out if u actually send the envelope or if u send it to someone else coz it won't take this long if u have send it within the uk !!!!
if u can't sort it out than I'm gonna complain to the head office!!!!
