I want to be able to use the sky app but I can't because I don't know what my sky account details are. I am watching sky as well speak but I don't know what my sky account details are, I want to be able to choose the game I watch on the sky+ channel on Tuesday using the app.

@IanJ111 You should have been given a URN and a link to be able to setup your Sky account from EE. Have you checked your emails from EE?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
