Hi, I've been attempting to update my payment method online (app and website) for my broadband service since I switched credit cards. However, whenever I click on "Review Payment Method," I get an error message saying, "Sorry, something has gone wrong, please try later." I've noticed a few others mentioning the same issue, but I haven't come across a solution yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
