Predicted Bills

I have just logged in and my predicted bills show an increase of 15 pound over the next 3 months. Why is this when I am locked into a contract.

@Benji13 There is an upcoming annual price rise(April) that will account for some if not all of the increase, are your bills incfreasing each of the next few months? if they are then that may also suggest a discount is ending.

Hi @Benji13   If it is the annual price rise, then you will be free to cancel your broadband once you receive the increase email notice. This does not apply to TV.
