Potential fraudulent order

Has anybody else had this issue, I have gone onto my app today and noticed that in my messages on the Home Screen it says that I have an order on the way. However I have not ordered anything new since I started my contract and when I press the my messages notification on the Home Screen there is no message there saying I have an order on it's way. What should I do? Could this be a glitch on the app or should I call sky customer services?

You need to call Sky as it appears that someone might have accessed your account uo place that order as per this:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

 

You must send this back yourself so should a courier turn up at your door you must not give it to them.
