Postcode not recognised

Trying to log into my sky account but it doesn't recognise my postcode

Have you made sure that there is nothing like any extra characters or a space at the end of it and that a zero hasn't been entered as a letter O instead or vice versa ?

My postcode doesn't have any 0 and yes checked all that

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
