TV contract end soon

I have recieved a renwal quote for my TV package for £105.99 24 month contract until September 2028.

If I do not renew and keep a rolling contract I would pay £96.99 a month - £9 cheaper. Even if I loose the discounts from my TV package I would still be £4 better off.

Is there a better deal you can do for a long serving customer?

Hi @Barnett44

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

No one here can do deals.

If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

’Significant’ discounts seem harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new Sky customer so don’t expect anything on a par to a new customer deal.

See this link…

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that at the end of their minimum term you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

What they charging you extra for in the 24month contract renewal,  as if you are rolling contract that should be full list price for all your products?  If you are paying smaller list price for somthing there  is no guarantee that will remain, unless you have a very old package with out dated package items, like your entainment subscription for example,  other wise that price could be adjusted without notice as other users on the forum in the past have found out.
