Postcode not being accepted so can't access my account

Can't access my account cos my postcode not accepted, have called many times, nobody understands or offers any help on phone, wast of time

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I'm not seeing a bubble chat available is this a fault on my end or yours?

As per my previous post:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it.

 

The chat invite was sent to you back on the 22nd May so do you want to try again and if so will you be able tor respond to it tomorrow ?

No sir I have not been helped at this time and I don't know where to explain my issue as I don't have the bubble and this forum is public any help at this time would be appreciated deeply

My point is, you posted on here on the 21st May about this issue and Sky sent you the chat bubble the following day but it appears you did not respond to it, so do you want to try again with them sending you the chat bubble tomorrow and if you do will you be able to respond ?
