Postcode error

Never been able to log into my account, I get as far as putting in my postcode for it to say "Am error has occurred, please check the details or try again later"
yes I have put the details in correctly, yes I have double checked them, I moved house and phoned up to change my address back in June. But still never been able to access my account. I phoned up a month or so ago and questioned it the guy said that all the details were correct and that he would phone me back in a couple of days with an answer.... I had no answer but was too busy to ring up again.
I've actually had enough now
I've looked on the conversation pages and clearly it's a constant issue.
how on earth am I meant to get this sorted
