Possible fraud

I have an account for Sky TV with you and I pay by direct debit from my current bank account.  On 4th July, a payment for £71.50 was taken from my MBNA credit card. I did not make this payment and am concerned it is fraudulent. I have reported it but they want me to check with you first.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Youve done the right thing by notifying your bank / credit card company but you could call Sky as well.
