Speak to a human
How do I get in touch with a human who is actually able to tell me what's going on o stead of thanks goodbye. This is now a good things for a new customer

When calling try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot, other than that if you can explain what your issue is we might be able to advise you via here.

Said nothing it said goodbye thanks for calling, I asked to speak with someone it said thanks for calling goodbye,
I tried rearranging my new install it said not allowed thanks for calling goodbye..
As a new customer to SKY this is unaceptable and hasnt given me the confidence that I will get a great service from SKy , not a good sdtart to a new ciontract which im now looking at other alternatives.

@DazBow If you end up cancelling, make sure you're still in the cooling off period.
I feel your frustration with the phone service. I've long been of the opinion that it's the worst organised and most frustrating to use of any. These days I tend to press the option that's closest to my query and then get transferred if I need to. Saves time.
