Cancelled contract
We cancelled our contract some time ago and have switched to EE who dealt with the transfer. We paid what we thought was a final bill in June of around £13. Now you've just tried to take another direct debit for nearly £50. We do not have a contract with you and do not use your services! Please can you cancel whatever you need to our end and ensure we have not overpaid for your services thank you

Re: Cancelled contract
EE can only cancel / move the broadband. If you had Sky TV you need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice provided you're not in a minimum term deal.
You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Cancelled contract
As above, if you had TV services with Sky and did not cancel them directly then EE cannot do this.
If this is the case then you still have TV services with Sky. (And are liable for them)
