Please can someone help me get rid of this god awful company

Igor in financial trouble and I dropped my package to£21 a month somewhere months the took £21 and some they took £69 at the end of the contract I cancelled my account but they have kept taking £31 a month they refuse to leave or let me go

There must be more going on here that what you have said, how long was your contract length as Sky are within their rights to not let you go if you are still within this.

Did you phone sky to  downgrade  your subscription are you in the  middle  of  your  minimum  contract  and did you receive  an email  for sky saying  when the changes would start  ? Is this for your  tv subscription  which is a 31 days notice  period  or for broadband  which is a 14 days notice  what contract  are you  on and when did it start ?

You need to call sky and talk to them about  this

I phoned the cancellation team and cancelled my account shouldn't have been a problem but took over a hour on the phone

And they still are billing me also I can't phone sky as you need a account to get through the automatic phone system to speak to someone I've no account now so I can't get through

If you don't  have account  then you need to get the account  holder  to call them

If Sky are billing you, you still have a Sky account, there's  no reason not to call.
