I phoned sky yesterday 25th march to cancel my sky broadband early which l am allowed to do because of the price increase. After being asked my details and the reason why etc about 10 minute's went past l was then told he couldn't process my cancellation and that he would have to contact another department as he was having a server issue . I still haven't heard anything although he said he hadn't had this happen with anyone else that day. What should l do now as l find it odd he wasn't able to cancel my broadband . I find the sky broadband slow 50 to 60mbs and where l live can't be made faster.
