I have paid the full amount and it's all gone through but I can still get the £60 back as it got taken out from my account I've paid full amount all bills paid, so my £60 should be returned as I don't want that being kept hold on credit

I have paid full amount to my phone bill it went through and I have nothing left to pay, I am reading what your saying I just want to know if I can get my £60 refunded and there is no blue and red bubble ?

As has already been explained the sending of a chat invite is not instant. You need to be patient.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
