Credit refund

I rang sky yesterday due to them over charging me for something that was there mess up they said they have taken payment for next months bill and refunded me £100 and something back to my back and would be in my bank within 3-5 working days how do i find out exactly how much is going into my bank without ringing them again please and to make sure the refund was actually sent as had nothing but problems with sky and billing i had no confirmation email only a text saying you will receive your refund in 3-5 working days
