@Phone16

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

@Phone16  If you made a manual payment within the window that your Direct Debit is due the manual payment will be shown as a credit against next month.

Unless Sky specifically ask you to, you should never need to make any manual payments as this issue will arise

Hi @Phone16   Why did you pay £60? This does not go towards your current bill, but goes as a credit towards your next month's bill. Only make manual payments if requested by Sky. Unfortunately your current bill needs to be paid in full. Bills are created up to 14 days in advance of your payment date.

@Phone16

Has the £60 gone onto your account as a credit as the chances are it has because as stated above you do not need to make such payments.

Re: Phone

So what will happen with the £60 that has already come out of my account? Will it be returned if I pay in full amount?

The £60 will remain on your account and will be used against the next bill or if you prefer it can be refunded to you and we can arrange help for you via here if you want ?

No, as stated above you do not need to make manual payments and doing so would see it refunded.

No one said to make full payment?

Making the full payment won't stop an automated one if being processed.
