Phone bill

I got told my bill will only be £10 this month but then I have received my bill and it's £34 I am still waiting for my £12 refund

@Tracey203 if your Sky account is showing that ypu're in credit, the refund will most likely be applied to your next bill.

As you can view your mobile bill via the MySky app what does it show in relation to the £34 charge and do you see a credit on it ?
