Phone bill

I have paid the phone bill it has came out of my account but its saying that it has not been paid

How did you pay this particular bill?

Payments are NOT processed at a weekend so if that's when you've paid it won't show until at least Monday.

If you made a manual payment has it gone onto the account as a credit ?

Its came out of my bank account but its still saying over due on the app

Paid it through the app on Saturday but it still saying overdue on it but the money has came out of my bank

So do you see a credit because by making this payment you haven't paid this bill but you have in affect paid your next one as the credit you should eee on your account ei be used against this next bill while this one still needs paying.

Yeah, the status can say 'overdue' even though the automatic payment is being processed.  Making a manual payment, even when saying 'overdue', is unnecessary and as noted will be a credit against the following month.  You must let the automatic payment be taken as well to avoid issues.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
