Phone bill

It says in my phone bill that I'm paying for 2 phones when I only have 1 phone and it doesn't make sense why it's £76 and it won't let me phone sky. Apparently they couldn't match the account to the miner I've called from  and my phone bill is due on Friday

Have you returned a phone to Sky via a swap or perhaps ordered one then cancelled it ?

 

Either way you will need to find a way to speak to Sky about this, another way is vioa one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.

No I haven't returned a phone or swapped it or cancelled it either 

it won't let me ring sky. I need someone to ring me from sky  I'm not paying £76 until someone explains why it's that high and it's due to be payed in 2 days

Without holding a payment isn't a good idea as doing so will lead to further problems so you will need to call Sky on 150 about this and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain in the line.

I can't phone sky as it says they don't recognise my number even tho I'm with sky

Why not?  Use 150.

No one from Sky is going to call you from a post here.  (If you withhold payment then your services will be restricted and could be reported to your credit file)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
