Why have you taken a bill for 64 pound when my bill is 23 a month

Hi @Shereen90   Do you see any -xx days against any items? This means that particular bill covers more than one month, current and future month. Please note that we haven't taken your money, please see Welcome below. See what your future bills show.

If you look at you currant bill which you view on "bills and payments " either on the my Sky app or logging on to you account on Sky.com web site you will be able see why the extra amount. Each item on your bill is individually itemised showing any discounts and when they end. If a discount has ended you can look at you previous bill and see the date it ended.
