Payments
I received an email today saying my payment is late, but on the sky app is says it is paid,I also checked it through the tv and I clicked on bills and payments is says no payment required, and my bank have also confirmed the payment was made

Are you certain that email was from Sky? Be very cautious of any links within it the sender wants you to click on.

If the email starts with something like "Dear customer" then it is not from Sky as any emails from Sky should address you by your first name.
