Broadband - Sky Credit Team

I am having the worst time getting credit back for terminating with my previous broadband provider. Sky told me they would compensate me up to £100 for any fees charged to me by my previous supplier if I switched to them. I did, and months down the line, many calls, many emails (chat bot responses that don't acknowledge or answer your complaint) I still do not have my reimbursement. So for 3 months I've effectively paid two lots of broadband fees one to Vodafone one to sky. I supplied a Vodafone statement outlining exit charges, I supplied a bank statement with my last payment to Vodafone. I made it clear from email one that I will not have a bank statement showing 100 odd quid exit fees as my account with Vodafone was in credit. They will not refund me the Vodafone charges and will only email back no matter how I explain that I should provide a bank statement. Anyone on phone can only help with technical or TV and will listen and take time and details but then say that's not for us email the sky switching team. It's a time wasting circle that's causing unnecessary stress and I will be leaving after 22 years this year.
