Payments

Hi I need my payments to come out of my account on the 10th of every month as I only get paid on that date please.

If you are new to Sky then once you first two bills have been paid you can change the date yourself either via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

You need to call Sky for that, we're all just customers like yourself here.

 

Edit: Apologies, I wasn't aware you could do that online.
