Overpayment

In the last month from 28.5-24.6 I have paid £104.45 out of my bank to sky but it is not showing up on my bill. This was definitely not the amount which was agreed to when I took out the contract. Why is there not an option to actually speak to someone

What is showing on this months bill is it the same amount or less ?

 

Did you make a manual payment if so do you now see a credit on your account ?
