I have a direct debit set up for my mobile bill, can I make a payment for my bill without it taking it out again on the due date? Or do I just need to wait until the due date

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have the direct debit set up then you do not need to do anything as the payment will be taken automatically each month. If you make a payment to close to your billing date then this will not stop the direct debit from being taken which will mean the bill will be paid twice. So just leave things as they are and let the bill be paid each month via the direct debit.
