Payment

I have a direct debit connected to my sky bill and payments which I choose the payment bill to come out on 28th January when I get paid   and it says it's overdue, did anyone else have this problem if so how did you resolve this issue please

Annoyingly it's quite normal.  If the DD is all correct then they are in the process of collecting the payment - do not make any manual payments unless specifically requested to do so.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
