We haven't taken anything. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

You will need to provide some details if you want our advice. Alternatively you'll need to contact Sky.

Probably covers a period longer than a month?  What do your bills show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @KimDunhill   Do you see -xx days against any items? this would indicate that the bill covers more than one month.
